India: "Cheap Stuff Trumps Potential Spying by Huawei."
Today's WSJ just takes the cake. India has joined Great Britain, France and Germany in ignoring warnings about Huawei spying for China. The net-net of their argument: "Great deals on technology are worth the risk of Chinese spying." Awh come on, people! Given that the Prime Minister of India's CISO can't find his rear end with both hands (yep, pmindia.gov.in is NOT protected against email impersonation attacks), this is not a gigantic surprise. Namaste, morons.
