France's DGSE (Direction Générale de la Sécurité Extérieure) couldn't find evidence of Russian hacking in Macron's campaign. Given that defense.gouv.fr can't even protect themselves from email impersonation attacks, chances are their pronouncements on their top-notch election security are…dégueulasse. The English translation of that term is along the lines of "F-ing Disgusting."
