  1. Centerstone Insurance (dab BenefitMall): 111,589 people affected. NO DMARC Enforcement.
  2. Las Colinas Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, PA: 76,000 people affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
  3. Valley Hope Association: 70,7909 people were affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
  4. Roper St. Francis Healthcare: 35,253 people affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
  5. Managed Health Services: 31,300 people affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
  6. EyeSouth Partners: 24,113 people affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
  7. Dr. DeLuca Dr. Marciano & Associates: 23,377 people affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
  8. Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Associates: 23,377 people affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
  9. Valley Professionals Community Health Center: 12,029 people affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
  10. Family Physicians of Winter Park: 8,429 people affected. NO DMARC protection at all.
