Supreme Court ruling makes it too risky to do business with Proofpoint, Dmarcian, or Agari

The March 25th ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court (see the lexology article here) means that if you use Proofpoint, Dmarcian, or Agari for email security and you get breached by hackers, you don't have a leg to stand on. Proofpoint and Dmarcian can't enable DMARC quarantine/rejection of phishing. And most Agari customers do NOT use this feature, because Agari technology must access the PII (Personally Identifiable Information) in all your emails (a risk most companies are not willing to take). Bottom line, snookiepoo, doing business with these yokels could not only cost your company years serious heartburn in court, but it could cost you your CISOship and make you a pariah in the job market.
