Riviera Beach Phished for $600,000

USA Today (read the story here) reports that each of the 35,000 Riviera Beach, FL residents had to pay $17.14 each to get their city data back. That's a pretty good payday for hackers. Man, the city could have tried to roll-their-own DMARC. Then they could have bought each of their residents a terrific Rodney's Crabs feast. Instead of getting…the crabs?
