Should 98% of the Fortune 500 join the class action lawsuit against Citrix? That's 490 companies!
In my March 24th article (read it here), I wondered how in the name of all that's holy could Citrix have possibly kept their DOD status, since the Feds have demanded FedRAMP certification for anyone doing DOD business. Okay, the DOD doesn't enforce shit. But Karma really does come home to roost, as reported by the South Florida Sun Sentinel (read their story here). Now, one of their own (former) employees is suing Citrix, a class action suit, along with a co-plaintif in North Carolina.
My advice to the plaintiffs: Don't settle! Take it to the jury. The class action lawsuit could do what the DOD is incapable of doing and cost the non-DMARC spoofing/enforcement morons some serious money.
According to the Sun Sentinel, 98% of the Fortune 500 use Citrix. You unfortunate 490 companies ought to read the lawsuit (click here) and maybe join the suit?
