Starling Physicians mucked up their DMARC

According to NBC news (read the story here), hackers "may have accessed certain patients' names, addresses, dates of birth, passport numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information and health insurance or billing information…[but] less than .01% of active patients." Well you less than .01% of the patients, you might want to encourage to turn email spoofing/impersonation enforcement on (instead of leaving it turned off).
